Job Description

As a Recruitment Officer, you will play a crucial role in our organization's talent acquisition strategy. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the dynamic needs of our business. Your role will involve collaborating with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. You will also be tasked with maintaining a strong pipeline of talent and may work on initiatives to enhance employer branding. A keen understanding of recruitment practices and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements of key job roles.
  • Conduct job postings on various platforms to reach a wide pool of candidates.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates for interviews.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews to gauge candidate suitability and skills.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases to ensure accurate and current information.
  • Communicate with candidates to provide updates about their application status.
  • Negotiate job offers and work to secure top talent for the organization.
  • Participate in career fairs and networking events to identify potential candidates.
  • Collaborate with the human resources team to improve the onboarding process.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal regulations and organizational policies.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with recruitment agencies and educational institutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is essential for this role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is a must.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail are required.
  • Experience in employer branding and candidate engagement is highly desirable.
