As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our company’s client acquisition and business development efforts. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay informed about trends and competitors.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the sales manager.
  • Provide tailored solutions and proposals to clients based on their needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.
  • Attend networking events to promote the brand and generate leads.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to negotiate contracts and pricing.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to build the company’s reputation.
  • Analyze sales data to report on performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a sales role or a related field.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse customer interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently without supervision.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Willingness to travel locally and use a personal vehicle for client visits.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage and analyze client data.
