An Outdoor Sales Executive is a dynamic role focused on driving sales growth by engaging with potential customers directly in a variety of settings, including door-to-door visits, trade shows, and other public venues. Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing customers regularly.
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
  • Maintain a detailed documentation of all interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding their needs and addressing queries.
  • Prepare and present persuasive sales presentations to potential customers in varied settings.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, suggesting improvements if needed.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align on promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Attend and represent the company at various trade shows and networking events.
  • Collaborate with the product team to stay updated on new offerings and enhancements.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and agreements in compliance with company policies.
  • Contribute to team meetings and share insights and feedback from field activities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in outdoor sales or a similar territory-based role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in past roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage potential clients effectively.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time efficiently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance tracking tools preferred.
  • A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
  • High school diploma; a bachelor's degree in Business or related field is advantageous.
