Job Description

An Outdoor Sales Executive is a dynamic and engaging professional responsible for driving the growth and development of a company’s sales in the field. As a key player in the company’s sales team, the Outdoor Sales Executive will leverage their excellent communication skills, sales experience, and customer service abilities to build and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients. This role involves traveling to different locations to engage with potential customers, giving product demonstrations, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate is a proactive and enthusiastic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited about meeting targets and expanding the company’s market presence. With the ability to respond to customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions, the Outdoor Sales Executive plays a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and contributing significantly to the organization’s success.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop prospects in the assigned geography to meet sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for business continuity.
  • Prepare and deliver clear product presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively and efficiently.
  • Continuously update knowledge of company products and market conditions.
  • Report and provide feedback to sales management regarding competition and market trends.
  • Organize and execute daily visits to potential clients in designated areas.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of sold products.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and transactions.
  • Attend trade shows and networking events to generate business opportunities.
  • Identify customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction pre- and post-sale interactions.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an Outdoor Sales Executive or similar role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are a must-have.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record in closing sales.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the sales territory as required.
  • Self-motivated, with a drive and ambition to meet sales goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processing software beneficial.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business preferred.
