Job Description

As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you will join an energetic team dedicated to expanding our company’s presence and customer base in the market. Your primary focus will be to identify, cultivate, and manage business relationships and sales opportunities within your designated region. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, resilience, and a passion for sales. With a combination of proactive customer engagement, market understanding, and strategic term planning, you will help drive the company's growth and success. You'll need to be adept at managing customer relationships and ensuring product profitability. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an effective sales strategy within your territory.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients and prospects regularly.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to various audiences.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals that align with company policy.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products/services and market trends.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and timely responses to inquiries.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to initiate promotional activities.
  • Track sales activities and manage reports on CRM software effectively.
  • Gather feedback from clients to improve products and services.
  • Stay updated on industry news and competitor products/services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working in sales or a similar field role.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive approach, with high self-motivation and enthusiasm.
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Understanding of sales process from initiation to closing.
  • Ability to engage effectively and build relationships with clients.
  • Willingness to travel and meet clients in various locations.
  • Proficiency with sales software and customer relationship tools.
