Medical Sales Representative

The Medical Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling medical products or pharmaceutical supplies to healthcare professionals and facilities. This role requires building strong relationships with clients, demonstrating product knowledge, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate should be persuasive, well-informed about healthcare products, and capable of navigating competitive market dynamics with professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell medical products to doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals.

• Conduct regular visits to healthcare professionals and institutions.

• Demonstrate product benefits, usage, and clinical applications.

• Achieve sales targets and grow territory revenue.

• Attend medical conferences and exhibitions to build market presence.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor products and industry trends.

• Collect customer feedback and report market intelligence.

• Ensure timely submission of reports, forecasts, and documentation.

• Monitor product availability and resolve customer issues efficiently.

• Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns and strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related medical field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales.

• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and product functionality.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Goal-oriented with a proven track record in sales.

• Ability to travel within assigned territories.

• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.

• Well-organized and capable of working independently.

• UAE driving license is often required.
