The Role:
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the marketing strategy across all digital platforms (web, social and mobile) for a defined group of brands; supporting the achievement of their business goals.
You will be required to manage the digital marketing work streams from conception to execution, including results delivery and reporting, as well as regulating content production, research, analysis.
You will use your expertise to provide best-in-class customer engagement and a healthy return on investment whilst delivering an outstanding online customer experience.
Other responsibilities will include:
- Translating marketing plans into online activities and build engagement with consumers both existing and potential.
- Feeding back campaign effectiveness to the Digital Marketing Director to help build continuous improvement.
- Delivering the online KPIs for building brand loyalty and awareness, as well as delivering commercial sales benefits to the in-store tills, e-commerce sites.
Qualifications & Requirements:
You will have/be:
- Expert understanding of all digital platforms and their best practice utilization with 3-5 years industry experience managing digital campaigns across social media channels.
- Passionate about leveraging technology and digital media to drive customer engagement.
- Experience managing international brands with demonstrated ability to deliver results across multiple brands and stakeholders.
- Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships.
- Strong project management, budget management and organisational skills.
- Good technical understanding - an individual who can pick up new tools and concepts quickly.
- A team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments when necessary.
