Performance Marketer

Job Description

We’re looking for a result-oriented Performance Marketer who will plan, execute, analyze, and optimize paid media campaigns. You’ll manage advertising budgets, lead performance strategies across Meta, Google, and YouTube, and build conversion funnels that drive leads and sales for our EdTech and trading products.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube, and Instagram.

* Conduct A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve conversion rates and reduce CPA.

* Manage advertising budgets , ensuring effective budget allocation and forecasting.

* Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and Google Tag Manager.

* Create and present detailed weekly and monthly performance reports directly to senior stakeholders.

* Collaborate with content, creative, and tech teams to create high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.

* Build and optimize sales funnels and automation sequences to increase conversion rates.

* Oversee lead assignment, tracking, and reporting through CRM systems like Zoho.

* Train team members and clients on content strategy, funnel building, and performance tools.

* Stay updated with the latest advertising trends, platform changes, and growth hacks.

Key Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing roles.

* Strong knowledge of CRO, funnel optimization, and retargeting strategies.

* Proficient in analytics tools: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Excel.

* Strong understanding of attribution modeling and marketing automation tools.

* Exceptional communication and reporting skills; experience presenting to leadership.

* Ability to train and guide junior marketers or clients.
