Job Description

An Email Marketing Specialist is a key player in the digital marketing team, responsible for creating and executing compelling email campaigns that engage and nurture clients and customers. This role involves being strategic, creative, and analytical to develop email marketing strategies that not only drive conversions but also reinforce brand loyalty. The specialist will manage end-to-end email campaign processes, including planning, content creation, and analysis, ensuring each step aligns with the company's goals. This position calls for a detail-oriented individual who can work collaboratively across departments, utilizing their technical and creative skills to maximize email marketing effectiveness and contribute to the company's overall digital marketing efforts.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement robust email marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives.

  • Segment email lists effectively to target the right audience with personalized messages.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize email campaign content and delivery strategies.
  • Analyze key performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and derive insights.
  • Manage and maintain the email database to ensure data quality and compliance.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to enhance email visual appeal and user experience.
  • Work closely with other marketing team members to align email strategies with broader campaigns.
  • Ensure emails comply with industry policies, such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM laws.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and tools to implement improvements.
  • Provide reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance and future plans.
  • Successfully handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in email marketing, including designing and managing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using email marketing software and analytics tools (e.g., Mailchimp).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Creative thinker with a strong focus on results and performance optimization.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is considered an advantage for campaign customization.
