Job Description

The Marketing Manager for Fragrances plays a crucial role in shaping the brand identity and promoting the fragrance line of products. This position requires a blend of creativity, strategic planning, and leadership skills to drive the brand's growth and market share. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences and enhance the visibility of the fragrance brand. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development, sales, and digital marketing, to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns. A deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends in the fragrance industry is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in marketing within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, particularly in beauty and fragrance products.


Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the fragrance brand.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to align marketing efforts with product launches.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across various platforms to increase brand visibility.
  • Create engaging content and marketing materials that effectively communicate brand message.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to develop supportive marketing tools that increase sales conversion.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team to foster a productive and innovative work environment.
  • Oversee budgeting and financial analysis for marketing projects to ensure cost-efficiency.
  • Conduct market research to evaluate brand positioning and competitive landscape.
  • Develop partnerships with influencers and beauty bloggers to enhance brand reach and credibility.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Ensure brand consistency in all marketing communications and promotional activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of five years of marketing experience, preferably in fragrances or cosmetics.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret consumer behavior and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities for managing diverse teams effectively.
  • Experience with digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and PPC strategies.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
