Marketing Intern

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Intern to join our team. This role focuses on fostering effective internal and external communication, supporting corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, and leading activities related to sustainability and engagement. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and managing communication strategies across various platforms and channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in facilitating internal communication by helping to create and share news and updates across divisions and regions.
• Support the coordination of external stakeholder communication tasks, such as assisting with event organization and drafting content for corporate LinkedIn accounts.
• Work closely with the European Corporate Communication team to provide support on key initiatives and learn about communication strategies.
• Contribute to planning CSR activities and tracking ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) efforts while gaining insights into organizational priorities.
• Support FTC-related activities, such as helping with website updates, coordinating with interns for tours, and assisting in gathering leads.
• Help manage corporate LinkedIn accounts by preparing content drafts and assisting with the MDs LinkedIn profile under supervision for professional engagement.
• Assist in maintaining and updating an internal MS Teams platform to ensure employees stay informed about important updates.
• Participate in efforts to improve communication processes by providing research, ideas, and support, all while upholding brand values and fostering employee engagement.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
• 0-6 months of experience in a similar role, preferably in a global matrixed organization
• Able to pay attention to Detail
• Able to multi-task and manage numerous deliverables effectively
