  • Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to plan and execute promotional and exclusive events for elite customers.
  • Effectively resolve customer inquiries and issues, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction and brand loyalty.

  • Manage point-of-sale transactions with accuracy and professionalism to reinforce customer confidence and trust.
