As a Real Estate Consultant, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the complex process of buying, selling, or renting properties. Responsibilities

  • Evaluate clients’ financial capacities and preferences related to properties.
  • Conduct in-depth property market research to offer informed advice to clients.
  • Facilitate property viewings and present features and benefits attractively.
  • Assist clients in negotiating property prices and contract terms effectively.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Keep up-to-date with real estate market trends, pricing, and legal requirements.
  • Assist clients with property-related documentation and legal compliance issues.
  • Coordinate with external real estate partners for successful property transactions.
  • Work collaboratively with the legal and financial teams for client advisory services.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive property listings and client databases.
  • Engage in routine property evaluations and provide relevant feedback to clients.
  • Participate in marketing efforts to build brand awareness and client engagement.


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Consultant or similar role required.
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market logical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
  • Possess a valid real estate license in your working region.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and projects at once.
  • Proficiency with real estate databases and software for client management.
  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals and enhance client satisfaction.
