Responsibilities

  • Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary to ensure stock levels are optimal.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and prepare packages for shipment.
  • Collect and prepare data for reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Ensure that the office environment remains tidy, organized, and professional at all times.
  • Assist in preparing conference rooms for meetings and special events.
  • Maintain and update contact lists, databases, and document filing systems.
  • Provide administrative support to other departments as needed and requested.
  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival.
  • Facilitate communication within the office by distributing memos and announcements.
  • Support in the implementation and tracking of office policies and procedures.


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an office administrative assistant or similar position.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure.
