Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients through research and cold calling.
  • Maintain and expand client database through effective relationship building.
  • Develop and execute effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and close deals effectively and efficiently.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to adopt new sales strategies.
  • Provide exemplary customer service to foster long-term client relationships.
  • Meet and continually strive to exceed sales quotas and performance objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop strategies for increasing customer engagement.
  • Create and present sales reports to management to track performance.
  • Attend industry conferences and networking events to gain new clients.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and services as per the client agreements.
  • Maintain a professional image and represent the company's values and ethics.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding and passion for the sales and marketing industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office to manage client information.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
