Senior Infrastructure Consultants play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining high-quality IT infrastructure solutions for organizations. As a Senior Infrastructure Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing current systems, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies that align with business goals and objectives.

  • Ensure the organization's IT infrastructure is secure, compliant, and aligned with industry standards.

  • Provide expert guidance and technical support to resolve complex infrastructure-related problems.
  • Lead infrastructure projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends to make informed recommendations for advancements.
  • Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress and outcomes.
  • Train and mentor junior staff to help them develop their skills and knowledge in IT infrastructure.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to drive process improvements and system enhancements organization-wide.
  • Establish best practices for disaster recovery and business continuity to mitigate potential risks.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in IT infrastructure design and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of network architecture, server management, and cloud technologies.
  • Proven track record of managing complex infrastructure projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with IT security protocols and data protection regulations.
  • Superior communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and projects.
  • Experience with virtualization, storage solutions, and disaster recovery planning.
