The Luxury Real Estate Sales Manager is a pivotal role responsible for leading a team of real estate agents specializing in high-end property sales. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in luxury real estate sales management.
  • Proven track record of success in high-end property sales and team leadership.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury real estate market and trends analysis.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for client and team interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions under pressure.
