Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our luxury car care team. This role is pivotal in driving the sales and growth of our premier car care products and services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury automobiles and a keen understanding of the automotive care industry. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational targets.

  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the luxury car care industry and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our brand and products effectively.
  • Provide clients with detailed proposals and negotiate terms of sale and service agreements.
  • Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and to secure future business.
  • Track sales activities and update CRM systems accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our products.
  • Train new team members on product knowledge and sales techniques as needed.
  • Contribute to team meetings and offer insights to refine sales and customer engagement strategies.
  • Ensure that sales targets are consistently met or exceeded on a quarterly basis.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in the luxury automotive or related sector is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to engage effectively with clients.
  • Strong passion and understanding of luxury automobiles and car care products.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic sales team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and related sales tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits, events, and trade shows as required.
