Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Licensed Architect with a minimum of 8 years experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in architectural software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and team members.
• In-depth understanding of construction methods, building materials, and industry regulations.
