As a Key Accounts Supervisor, you will be instrumental in managing and nurturing the company's most valuable client relationships, ensuring both client satisfaction and continued business growth. This role demands an individual who possesses superior communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to balance client needs with company objectives. You will oversee the account management team, directing and guiding them to deliver exceptional services that exceed client expectations. Your analytical skills will aid in evaluating market trends and competitor actions, empowering you to craft tailored strategies that contribute to the retention and expansion of key accounts. By liaising with various departments, you will ensure seamless service delivery, while your leadership skills will motivate and develop team competencies and performance. You will be expected to provide valuable insights from client interactions, shaping the company’s approach to achieving short and long-term business objectives. 


Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the key accounts team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maintain and grow key accounts.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and expectations thoroughly.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to meet evolving client demands.
  • Facilitate effective communication between internal departments and key accounts.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, ensuring win-win outcomes for all parties.
  • Monitor competitor actions and prepare strategic reports for management.
  • Create comprehensive action plans to enhance customer satisfaction levels.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of services according to client needs.
  • Lead performance reviews with key clients, offering solutions for improvement.
  • Train and mentor key account managers to enhance their professional skills.
  • Provide regular feedback and reports on key account activities to stakeholders.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing major client accounts.
  • Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset for decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
  • Demonstrated capability in leading and mentoring a diverse team.
  • Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Experience in creating and executing client-centric strategic plans.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and presentations.
