The IT Sales Executive - Arabic role is a vital position within our organization, focusing on developing robust sales strategies and nurturing client relationships in the Arabic-speaking regions. This role requires an individual who is fluent in Arabic and possesses a deep understanding of IT solutions and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, crafting tailored client solutions, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. You will be working closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure client needs are met with appropriate solutions. A strong sales record, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in negotiating deals are essential for this position. The ideal candidate should be able to translate client requirements into practical solutions, while also providing after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. You will have the autonomy to drive sales initiatives within your designated territory and will report directly to the Sales Manager, contributing to the growth and success of the company in the competitive IT market.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies targeting the Arabic-speaking client base.
  • Establish and foster strong client relationships through regular communication.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities in IT services.
  • Analyze client needs and propose customized IT solutions effectively.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional strategies.
  • Provide product demonstrations and technical presentations as required.
  • Stay updated with the latest IT industry trends and technologies.
  • Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent after-sales service.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Attend networking events to build contacts and increase market reach.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in IT sales sectors.
  • Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sales targets and achieve business growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capacity to tailor solutions for clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and understanding of sales processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative sales team.
  • In-depth understanding of IT products and services in the market.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry conferences.
