Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships to ensure ongoing business success.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements while providing seamless handover to support teams.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to generate new business leads.
  • Respond to client inquiries with detailed product information and pricing quotes.
  • Develop customized sales strategies to meet specific customer demands and market trends.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through self-study and training.
  • Track competitive activities and provide feedback to the product development team.
  • Ensure alignment of sales strategies with company objectives and market conditions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT sales or a similar sales role, preferably in technology.
  • Strong understanding of IT products, services, and their market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
