Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the revenue growth of our company by building and maintaining relationships with potential clients. You will work closely with the sales team to identify new sales opportunities, handle customer inquiries, and deliver exceptional service, both pre and post-sale. Your primary focus will be on managing and expanding the customer base through technical skills and precise communication. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, ideally in a similar industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive sales team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tracking tools is essential.
