Job Description

The Sales Executive is a crucial member of our dynamic sales team, responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of market trends and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets. As a Sales Executive, you'll play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making numerous calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. Your ability to forge strong relationships and effectively communicate the value of our products and services will be key to your success. Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within scheduled time frames consistently.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses to meet the customers’ needs effectively.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments for optimal results.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, and potential opportunities.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the industry.
  • Continuously improve through feedback received from clients and colleagues.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss customer queries and growth strategies.
  • Handle client complaints and provide appropriate solutions to maintain a positive image.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant sales role.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiar with CRM software.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude necessary.
