Job Description

As an HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's workforce and employee experience. You will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, developing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. You will act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing employee concerns and fostering a positive work environment. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of HR best practices. You will work closely with various departments to strategize and implement HR initiatives that align with the organization's goals. The HR Executive is also tasked with analyzing HR data and metrics to improve HR processes and contribute to organizational success.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings and candidate sourcing.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Nurture a positive working environment through effective employee engagement strategies.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Assist in defining and enforcing HR policies and procedures within the organization.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management practices.
  • Provide decision support to management through HR metrics and data analysis.
  • Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skill development and retention.
  • Manage employee benefit programs, including health, wellness, and retirement plans.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement in HR service delivery and processes.
  • Collaborate with various departments to enhance organizational culture and performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or a similar HR managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, best practices, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to strategize and manage complex HR processes and projects.
  • Experience with HR software and Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive employee issues.
