Responsibilities

• Assist in the regular maintenance and repair of heating and cooling systems.
• Ensure exterior maintenance of the facility, including lawn care and minor landscaping tasks.
• Maintain, organize, and replenish the inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.
• Document and report all maintenance and repair activities following internal protocols.
• Respond efficiently to maintenance requests, prioritizing tasks according to urgency.
