Job Description

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of driving the growth and success of our company's sales initiatives. This dynamic role requires an engaging personality and the ability to build strong client relationships. You will be responsible for generating new business and managing existing customer accounts in various geographic territories. Your ability to understand customer needs and present effective solutions will be critical in achieving sales targets and developing long-term partnerships. Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers within assigned territory.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and targets.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Meet with clients in-person to demonstrate products and services effectively.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently.
  • Continuously update and report sales activities, results, and forecasts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to identify business growth opportunities.
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure prompt and accurate service delivery.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for product and service improvements.
  • Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with company policies.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven field sales experience, preferably in the relevant industry sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage key clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills to close sales deals effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients across the territory.
  • Proficient in using CRM software to manage sales activities efficiently.
