Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Outdoor Sales Executive to generate new business and manage client relationships across the UAE. The candidate should be skilled in Field-sales, customer engagement, and achieving sales targets, preferably with experience in fit-out industry, construction materials, or real estate.

Sales person will get a nice commission on achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively seek new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Visit construction sites, consultants, and contractors to promote products/services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations to clients.
• Negotiate terms, close sales, and ensure proper after-sales support.
• Maintain up-to-date records of sales, client interactions, and market activity.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery, invoicing, and customer support.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, or site meetings when required.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of outdoor sales experience, preferably in construction, building materials, or real estate sectors in the UAE.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• UAE market knowledge and existing client network is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage.
