What You Will Do
The Engineering Program comprises six assignments over two years, focusing on key technical areas such as Installation and Service Operations and Technical Sales (Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, and Front Line Sales).
After completing the program, youll be well-positioned to advance your career in a role that matches your skills and interests.
Skills You Will Develop
Installation and Service Operations:
Technical Skills: Grasping engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications.
Problem-Solving: Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues.
Equipment Installation: Setting up and calibrating systems.
Maintenance & Repair: Conducting routine checks and repairs.
Customer Support: Communicating technical solutions clearly. Collaboration: Engaging with engineers, technicians, and cross-functional teams.
Technical Sales (Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, And Front Line Sales)
Product Knowledge: Understanding the specifications and benefits of our offerings.
Customer Relationship Management: Building and nurturing client relationships.
Communication & Presentation: Simplifying complex concepts for non-technical customers.
Negotiation Skills: Closing sales deals with confidence.
Market Analysis: Identifying client needs and industry trends.
Problem-Solving: Crafting tailored solutions for our clients.
Sales Strategy: Understanding pricing models and competitor analysis.
Collaboration: Working seamlessly with marketing, engineering, and customer support teams.
What We Look For
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
Must be a UAE national with a family book.
Passion for pursuing an engineering-based career.
Adaptability to work with a diverse team.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Effective communication and organizational skills.
Previous internship experience in related fields would be a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
