Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the company's social media platforms, creating and curating engaging content.
Develop social media calendars, schedule posts, and monitor audience engagement.
Create compelling and relevant content for various digital platforms, including social media, website, blogs, and email campaigns.
Ensure content aligns with brand voice, values, and resonates with the target audience.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
Monitor campaign performance, adjust targeting, and allocate budgets effectively.
Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
Conduct keyword research and optimize content for relevant search terms.
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, crafting compelling copy, and analyzing performance metrics.
Segment email lists and personalize content to enhance engagement.
Monitor digital marketing metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Prepare regular reports showcasing campaign performance and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with the web team to ensure the company website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
Implement strategies to improve website traffic, user experience, and lead generation.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, industry developments, and competitor strategies.
Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, ensuring a unified and compelling brand identity.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role, with a strong track record in planning and executing successful digital campaigns.
In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content creation.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
Proficiency in creating and optimizing content for various digital platforms.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze results, and derive actionable insights.
Strong project management skills to coordinate multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously.
Creative thinking and the ability to conceptualize and implement innovative digital marketing strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic digital landscape.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web content management systems is a plus.
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
