The Marketing Administrator plays a critical role in the marketing department, supporting the creation and implementation of various marketing strategies and initiatives. Responsibilities
Coordinate marketing projects from development to completion within deadlines provided.
Manage and update marketing calendars and track marketing campaigns and programs.
Assist in the creation and proofreading of promotional content and sales materials.
Work with external vendors to ensure successful execution of marketing materials.
Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks and project management.
Oversee and maintain the organization's brand standards and guidelines.
Facilitate communication among team members and cross-functional departments.
Prepare reports to monitor the performance of marketing initiatives.
Collect and analyze market data to support informed marketing decisions.
Assist in organizing marketing events, including ensuring logistics are handled.
Collaborate with digital media team to enhance online marketing presence.
Develop and manage client relationships to improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing support role.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and project management.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Demonstrated organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
