Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Manager or similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for customer interaction and staff management.
  • Proficiency in inventory management, sales analysis, and basic financial management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes readily.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for efficient store operations.
