Job Description

A Credit Manager plays a critical role in the financial services industry, overseeing the credit granting process and ensuring effective credit risk management. This strategic position involves evaluating the creditworthiness of applicants while balancing risk and profitability for the organization. A Credit Manager is responsible for developing and implementing credit policies and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in credit management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of credit analysis, credit risk management, and policies.
  • Proficient in credit reporting software and financial analysis tools.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with clients effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
