We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Concierge to join our team and serve as the primary point of contact for our esteemed guests. The ideal candidate will be able to provide an exceptional hospitality experience by anticipating guests' needs and delivering excellent service. As a Concierge, you will ensure that both our new and returning guests feel welcomed and valued, while also providing accurate information to them regarding the facilities and services offered. Your role is to enhance customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships with guests. Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and offer personalized assistance to ensure their comfort.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries by phone, email, or in-person.
• Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests and needs are fulfilled.
• Arrange dining reservations, transportation, and special events for guests.
• Keep the guest directory updated and organized at all times.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns in a calm and professional manner.
• Maintain a log of all interactions, reservations, and special requests.
• Ensure the lobby and front entrance area remain clean and welcoming.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes when necessary.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with the team and managers.
• Stay informed about the latest hospitality trends and offerings in the locale.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality education is a plus.
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure and in busy environments.
• Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail and follow-through.
• Knowledge of the local area, attractions, and services is highly desired.
• Proficient in the use of computers and relevant hotel management software systems.
