We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cluster Reservation Supervisor F/M/X to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the reservations operations for multiple properties within our hotel group, ensuring optimal revenue generation and exceptional customer service.


  • Lead and manage the cluster reservations team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve departmental goals
  • Oversee the daily operations of the reservations department across multiple properties
  • Implement and maintain effective reservation strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy
  • Monitor and analyze reservation trends, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize performance
  • Ensure all reservations are processed accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with revenue management, sales, and front office teams to align reservation strategies with overall business objectives
  • Handle complex reservation inquiries and resolve escalated customer issues
  • Generate and analyze reports on reservations performance, providing insights to management
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant hospitality regulations and standards

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in hotel reservations, with a proven track record in a supervisory role
  • Proficiency in reservation management systems and global distribution systems (GDS)
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Excellent customer service skills and a customer-centric approach
  • Demonstrated experience in revenue management and multi-property operations
  • Advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Proficient in time management and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry and current market trends
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required
  • Familiarity with the Dubai hospitality market is a plus
