Implement and enforce strict hygiene and safety protocols across the kitchen area.
Create and revise menu offerings to reflect seasonal ingredients and customer demand.
Train and mentor kitchen staff, promoting skill development and teamwork.
Conduct regular inspections of kitchen equipment to maintain optimal functionality.
Collaborate with management and front-of-house staff to streamline service delivery.

Prepare detailed reports on kitchen operations and staff performance to leadership.
Allocate tasks to ensure all kitchen roles are delegated and accounted for.
Evaluate supplier partnerships to ensure ingredients meet quality and cost standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience working as a Kitchen Supervisor or similar role required.
Exceptional knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety regulations necessary.
