Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of privacy laws including GDPR and CCPA regulations.
  • Experience in application support and understanding of system architectures.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency in using application management and monitoring tools effectively.
  • Ability to develop and maintain detailed technical and user documentation.
