About the Role:

As a Charter Sales Broker, you'll connect high-net-worth clients with luxury transportation solutions, focusing on private jets and yachts.

Your role will be to facilitate unforgettable experiences while building lasting relationships in the luxury charter market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage clients seeking private jet or yacht charters.
• Develop and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs.
• Source, negotiate, and secure charter agreements with trusted operators.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, pricing, and luxury travel innovations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in sales, brokerage, or luxury travel.
• Strong client relationship, negotiation and communication skills.
• An extensive network in the luxury travel or real estate sector.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English; additional languages advantageous.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office suite.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
