Business Excellence Lead

Description

• Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their technical and business requirements related to Oracle EPM Cloud applications and translate them into detailed specifications
• Data Analysis: Perform routine data checks and validation to ensure the accuracy of financial information within EPM systems. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end data reconciliation processes
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes through automation and system enhancements
• Technology Selection: Work with IT and finance teams to evaluate and implement technology solutions that align with EPM requirements, including potential upgrades and system enhancements
• Documentation: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), knowledge base articles, and change logs to ensure consistency in system management
• Quality Assurance: Participate in testing application upgrades, patches, and new functionalities to ensure system stability and performance improvements
• Risk Assessment & Training and Support: Ensure data integrity and security by managing user access, conducting audits, and adhering to compliance requirements in Oracle EPM applications
• Compliance: Ensure that EPM processes adhere to internal controls, security policies, and relevant industry regulations to maintain data accuracy and security
• Provide assistance to finance teams and business users in navigating and leveraging Oracle EPM tools. Support user training sessions and develop materials to enhance adoption
  
  

• Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• Certifications or training in Oracle EPM Cloud solutions are a plus.
• Up to 2-3 years of experience in financial systems, data analysis, or related support roles
• Exposure to financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting, or month-end close
