Your role will include, but is not limited to...

• Possess strong knowledge of specialty coffee.
• Expert at guiding customers through our unique coffee selections, suggesting drinks and products.
• Maintain a friendly and professional attitude at all times.
• Make guests feel welcomed and valued, like part of the Black Sheep Coffee family.
• Embody and promote the Black Sheep Coffee brand, maintaining its esteemed image.
• Motivated to excel in your role.
• Understand and adhere to our health and safety guidelines.
• Consistently prepare and serve food to our high standards and specifications.
  
  

• Proven experience as a Barista is a must.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create a customer-centric environment.
• Ability to multitask with ease, especially during peak hours.
• Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team.
• Proficiency in English, knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage.
