As Commis II We Rely On You To
- Support the Kitchen operation
- Oversee all food preparation of the section
- Consistently deliver and maintain the highest food quality and sanitation standards
- Ensure kitchen equipments are well maintained and operational
- Diploma / Certification in Culinary or equivalent
- Experience in a luxury hotel
- Passionate, creative and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English
