Job Title: Business Development Manager – Fire Safety Audit and Consultancy

Location: Dubai, UAE

Period: 2 year contract

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth in our Fire Safety Audit and Consultancy business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base across multiple sectors. This role requires strong knowledge of fire safety regulations, compliance requirements, and consultancy services, coupled with proven sales and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Business Growth & Sales

o  Identify and pursue new business opportunities in fire safety audit, consultancy, and compliance services.

o  Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

o  Create and maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective lead generation and client prospecting.

·      Client Relationship Management

o  Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.

o  Act as a trusted advisor, providing tailored solutions based on client needs.

o  Ensure client satisfaction and retention through proactive support and follow-up.

·      Market Development

o  Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in fire safety consultancy.

o  Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.

o  Develop proposals, presentations, and tenders for new business opportunities.

·      Collaboration & Strategy

o  Work closely with technical teams, auditors, and consultants to align client requirements with service offerings.

o  Support in the development of marketing campaigns and business development initiatives.

o  Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance and market intelligence.

Qualifications & Experience

·      Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Safety Management, or related field.

·      Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in fire safety, HSE, audits, or consultancy services.

·      Strong understanding of fire safety regulations, standards, and compliance frameworks (NFPA, local authority codes, etc.).

·      Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

·      Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

·      Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Skills

·      Business development and sales strategy.

·      Relationship building and client management.

·      Market research and competitor analysis.

·      Strong organizational and project management skills.

·      Technical understanding of fire safety systems and audits.

·      Fluency in Arabic is advantageous but not mandatory.
