A Banking Sales Executive specializing in Personal Loans plays a pivotal role in the financial services industry by connecting potential borrowers with lending solutions tailored to meet their needs. Responsibilities

  • Regularly meet and exceed personal loan sales targets assigned by the bank.
  • Ensure accurate processing and documentation of personal loan applications.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products and market conditions.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth loan approval processes.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.
  • Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards set by the financial authorities.
  • Conduct follow-up activities to ensure a high rate of application conversion.
  • Participate actively in promotional, marketing, and networking events.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the client’s banking experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets in a financial environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, specifically personal loans.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills required.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and assess client eligibility accurately.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software advantages the role.
  • Self-motivated with a strong ability to manage time effectively.
  • High level of integrity and professional ethics in handling client information.
