Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented team member to join PICG as a assistant manager - Risk & Governance. This role is critical in ensuring strong internal controls, audit readiness, data privacy and operational risk mitigation across the PICG You will work closely with PICG leads and senior leadership to drive governance, compliance and strategic initiatives, while supporting key reviews, audits, and reporting cycles.

Governance & Control Monitoring

Ensure effective governance by maintaining a structured operating rhythm, tracking action items, and supporting internal control assessments across PICG.

Audit & Compliance Management

Coordinate internal and external audits, manage audit requirements and ensure timely closure of findings in alignment with regulatory and internal standards.

Risk Mitigation & Awareness

Identify control gaps, assess operational risks, and promote risk awareness through training and support across PICG teams.

Process & SOP Optimization

Review and enhance global and local SOPs to ensure operational efficiency, risk mitigation and control effectiveness.

Business Continuity Planning

Lead the development, testing, and training of business continuity plans for critical PICG processes, ensuring readiness and resilience.

Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting

Collaborate with PICG leads and leadership to monitor progress on strategic goals, and support the preparation of executive-level presentations and reviews.

Data Privacy & Information Security

Support initiatives related to data privacy and information security by aligning operational practices with internal policies and regulatory expectations.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in any field from a recognized institution.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years working in a large organization, preferably within HR Risk & Control or a governance-related function.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
  • Experience with HR systems and reporting tools, preferably Oracle Fusion HCM.
