Overview:

As an Assistant Product Manager, you will play a key role in the development and execution of product strategies that enhance our e-commerce platform. You will work closely with the Product Management team to analyze market trends, gather customer insights, and contribute to the delivery of product features that meet our high standards of customer satisfaction and business objectives. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about e-commerce, has a keen eye for detail, and is eager to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties & Responsibility:

  • Support the Product Management team in defining and implementing product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Conduct market research to gather insights on customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer service, to ensure product requirements are clearly defined and met.
  • Assist in managing the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring projects are executed on time and within budget.
  • Help monitor and analyze product performance post-launch, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Contribute to the creation of product documentation, such as user stories, requirements specifications, and release notes.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the product development process.
  • Assist in the coordination of go-to-market strategies, ensuring a successful product launch and adoption.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in product management in the e-commerce or tech industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically and solve problems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana).
  • A passion for e-commerce and a commitment to delivering high-quality user experiences.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
