Job Description

The Area Sales Manager in the Real Estate sector plays a pivotal role in driving the sales performance within a designated geographical area. This dynamic position encompasses a blend of strategic planning, team leadership, and direct sales activities to meet and exceed revenue targets. The Area Sales Manager must engage with real estate agents, brokers, and clients to foster relationships and facilitate property transactions. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets in the designated area.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and meet goals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents and clients.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions with the sales team.
  • Provide feedback and support to improve the sales approach and techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies in all sales operations.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and progress towards targets to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and activities.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner to ensure satisfaction.
  • Expand the customer base by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Attend industry events and seminars to network and boost company visibility.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager in the real estate industry or similar.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills both verbally and in writing.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate market dynamics and trends in the area.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and action plans effectively.
  • Solid understanding of real estate laws and regulations relevant to the area.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales management tools and technologies.
