Job Description

As an Air Condition Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for driving the sales and marketing strategies for our air conditioning products. This role requires a dynamic individual who is adept at both understanding market trends and executing effective sales tactics. You will need to establish strong relationships with clients and channel partners to enhance brand presence and gain market share. A critical part of the role involves conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and client needs, and subsequently leveraging this data to develop comprehensive marketing campaigns. You will also be involved in providing technical insight to customers, ensuring that our products meet their specific needs and expectations. Your goal is to maximize revenue growth by securing new business and maintaining customer satisfaction across the board.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans for air conditioning products.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for increased client retention.
  • Identify and target new market opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to align market needs with product offerings.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Conduct regular market research to anticipate industry trends and customer preferences.
  • Create compelling marketing campaigns that effectively communicate product value propositions.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, set performance goals, and track key performance indicators.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of sales initiatives.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with new and existing clients.
  • Provide technical and sales support to customers to enhance their product experience.
  • Attend industry events and exhibitions to promote the brand and network with potential customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing within the HVAC industry.
  • Strong understanding of air conditioning systems and related products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for the role.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze industry trends analytically.
  • Results-driven with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Innovative thinker with the ability to develop creative marketing campaigns.
