Job Description

An Accounts Executive plays a crucial role in maintaining and managing the financial transactions of a company. They are primarily responsible for ensuring accurate financial records and the timely processing of accounts payable and receivable. This role involves frequent interaction with clients and other stakeholders, such as management and the finance team, to ensure the company's financial health and compliance with financial regulations. As an Accounts Executive, you will also be tasked with preparing financial reports, reconciling statements, and participating in budgetary processes. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
