The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and acquiring top talents to support the growth and success of our organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proactive approach to sourcing candidates through various channels, developing employer branding tactics, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, formulate job descriptions, and implement efficient and creative sourcing strategies to fulfill open positions. A successful candidate will be passionate about aligning talented individuals with our company’s mission and values, striving to optimize recruitment operations and innovative talent acquisition solutions.
Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with hiring managers to understand organizational hiring needs and formulate job descriptions.
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
Source potential candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to onboarding candidates effectively.
Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates and key external partners.
Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation and attract top talent.
Collaborate with HR and management to identify areas for process improvements and implement changes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in a relevant recruitment or talent acquisition role.
Proficient with applicant tracking systems and HR databases for recruitment purposes.
Strong understanding of recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and a fast-paced recruiting environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective candidate engagement.
Adept at using data-driven insights to improve talent acquisition processes.
