Responsibilities

  • Prepare and distribute weekly sales reports to track sales activities and outcomes.
  • Ensure all sales documentation and contracts are accurate and maintained properly.
  • Coordinate calendars and schedule meetings for sales executives with key clients.
  • Support the team by preparing necessary documentation for client meetings and events.
  • Assist in the onboarding process of new sales team members effectively.
  • Handle inquiries from clients and direct them to the appropriate sales channels.
  • Assist in organizing sales events and presentations, ensuring all logistics are managed.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and maintain client confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales coordination or support role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for success.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information confidentially.
  • Capability to work collaboratively with a diverse sales team and other departments.
